Minister of Operations: Elder Olevia Juanelle Brown

Responsible for implementing and sustaining a metric driven culture where data is used to monitor performance and drive decisions to optimize operations. Visible, engaged leadership style that empowers leadership and team members for continuous improvement. This is to include all policies, procedures, business and ministry protocols.
Finance
Minister of Finance: Pastor Otis James Petteway, III
Responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization and making decisions based on the organization’s financial stability. Their duties include monitoring cash flow, creating best practices and strategic plans to improve the organization’s overall financial health, and the health of the Commune's partners.

This is where the cultivation of the organization’s academic and professional curriculum happens. This is done through course design, learning, development and external partnership with accredited learning institutions. This also includes the office of Holy Orders with the training of the leadership offices and gifts of this Commune.
